Just by boxrec numbers Greb had twice the fights that Norfolk had when they first met, 212-106.

For Flowers, Greb had 260 to Tiger's 80.

    Did they?
In1921 Greb gave Norfolk 17 1/2 lbs and beat him.
In1924 Greb was dsq'd against Norfolk after being butted squarely in the face.
"The boxing commission suspended both Greb and Norfolk six months for fighting after the bell. The Boston Globe reported that "for the first five rounds, Greb was outclassed." However, according to the Pittsburgh Post, Norfolk charged into Greb, head down, and butted him through the ropes and into the press section in round two. The referee should have disqualified Norfolk, but the fight continued. Norfolk intentionally punched Greb in the groin several times until Harry retaliated, which caused him to be disqualified. The crowd put up a terrific protest and the referee had to flee the ring. The "last two rounds were fought along the foulest possible lines."

    The 2nd Flowers fight.
"The NY Times, NY Daily News, Brooklyn Daily Eagle and Brooklyn Citizen gave it to Flowers. NY Sun scored for Flowers 7-4-4 in rounds. The Brooklyn Times scored for Flowers 6-4-5. Regis Welsh of the Pittsburgh Post said that Harry "honestly won." Frank Getty of UP said Flowers easily won. Welsh gave Greb rounds 1, 2, 6, 8, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15 and Flowers rounds 4, 5, 7, and 10, with rounds 3 and 9 even. Welsh asserted that the judges overreacted to the claim of Walk Miller (Flowers's manager) a few days before the fight that it was "in the bag" for Greb. He also stated that a great many persons who viewed the fight thought that Greb won. Gene Tunney, who was friends with both men and watched the fight from ringside, called the verdict "unjust". Many in the audience booed the verdict. Referee Crowley voted for Greb as winner; Mathison and Barnes gave it to Flowers."
Its generally accepted that Greb was in decline by the time he fought Flowers.
