    so his sister said that greb was traning boxing from a kid is this what your saying? because i know greb said as a kid i will be champion, but that dosent MEAN HE STARTED BOXING at that age. he had his first amature fight at 18.:twisted:

    Try to find any records of Mike Tyson fighting in amateur smokers in the south bronx early 80's...good luck!!

    Now apply this to Harry in 1911-1910.

    so greb as a kid would just train on his own etc. but when to a real gym at 18?

    Ida said he starting boxing amateur at 15 as I just got an email confirmation from the gent who interviewed and befriended her back in 1979.

    james toney was only 17 when he entered a gym.
    and in 5 years was pound 4 pound numero uno. if you put in the work the work will pay you back.
