1) They sure had alot of people coming to sparring sessions back then.

I doubt it. And even if they're playing, you can see that there moves were so primitive.

I can not pathom guys like these to even have a decent chance at beating guys like Hagler or Hopkins.

 

They need a ref when sparring back in those days?

 

There's better builds down the local gym. Great speciman for his time tho.

 

He didnt have a gym build. Thats irrelevent to fighters. He had a build that could hammer you down so hard your own family wouldnt recognise you

 

What ever people think of greb just check his record,thats the truth there,he was a boxing machine,such a pity theres no fight footage,but damn have you seen his record,makes any modern record look sillyand he did it with one eye to,and in his 20s.
