I think he could get a win here,,maybe. Spinks is poor defensively and not a real hard hitter. Can't see Greb standing in front of Rocky for 15 rounds and I'd favor Patterson as well. Dang that lack of film,,,,,
I can't judge because I've never seen any footage of Greb but I would suspect Patterson and Marciano beat him as they're better fighters at higher weightclasses. Spinks vs Greb would be vastly entertaining two swarmers going at it but you'd have to favour Greb on accomplishments.
