    Nobody with any knowledge of boxing will put Pac or Floyd in top 20 IMAO. The list is completely subjective unfortunately so if you want to count them in and discredit a sport with 100 years of history it is your call. What lacks in Floyd and Pac resume is a win against another top tier (top 50) ATG. They could've done this and improved each other legacies if they fought. They didn't and that is tarnishing their legacies. They are still top 50 ATGs though and made a fortune out of the sport so power to them.

    Pacqiao has wins over Morales, Barrera, JMM, ODLH, Cotto
    Floyd has ODLH, Cotto, JMM, Corrales

    are you seriously telling me they have never beaten any great fighters, Manny is an 8 weight champion, how can you keep guys like him and Floyd out of the top 20, Floyd is easily top 3 defensive fighter ever yet he isn't top 20?
