Smellin' like Joe Louis used to say. Wills would either op out or get ko'd. Schmeling would have to keep him at a distance and not wrestle with Wills cos Wills was strong and bigger. Wills liked to grab, hold and hit, and Schmeling needed space to be effective with his punches. Wills was wide open to be hit with right hands and that was Schmeling best punch. My guess it would be another Sharkey fight. With one difference Schmeling could hit some, but not a one punch guy, I believe he had a more pop in his guns then Sharkey. Schmeling ko in late rds
