Harry Wills vs. Luis Firpo

    Ridiculous man. Wills looked fantastic for a guy with a hand injury, esp. considering how long he'd been in the game up against someone newer like Firpo.
    I just don't understand how you could say Willard would have beaten him either. I mean, there's not much of either man on film, but if you read through their resumes, Wills far outclasses Willard's. Willard had little success outside of beating Jack Johnson. Wills never won the title, but he beat many great fighters, and some of them he beat time and time again. Wills is an ATG. Willard was just a decent fighter for a brief point in time. No contest whatsoever.

    Ig saying that's ridiculous is a bit harsh, but I'll still stick with my opinion.
