    Baer vs Schaaf 2. In first fight Schaaf easily out pointed Baer in rematch it was razor close and with 1 second left Baer crushed Schaaf leaving him unconscious for a few minutes. However bell rang and fight went to cards Baer won by close controversial split decision.
