McCracken is awful, but I made the mistake of pasting a YB vid on here saying Fury had sacked Sugar Hill and it turned out to be bull, this is not a reliable source and other channels on youtube would have been all over news like this, check twitter next, YB a wishfull thinker, but he raises good points. #McCrackenout.
Froch has also supposed to have mentioned it either yesterday and today I have not searched for it so im not sure but if Froch has mentioned it i'm sure it will have come from McCraken to Froch. Also I'm not a twitter user.
I think it might be true. Hearn was asked about it by ifl and his answer while not conclusive he said enough to suggest AJ at a minimum is at least thinking about a new training set up.
If this is true I really shouldn't be surprised, but I am TBH. Wonder who AJ's new Trainer would be then???
I think it's a bad move to change everything right now, the rematch is in 5 months, that's a lot of change before the biggest and most important night of your career. If AJ goes for an American trainer then I will assume he will have to move over there and take his people with him... maybe family members, unless he is OK without those people around him daily, weekly, but it's said he is very family orientated. But it may just be a sign of just how desperate AJ is, to make a change that dramatic before a fight this size means all that "just the wrong tactics", "AJ should just be a little more aggressive in the rematch", "AJ was at his worst" was all a lot of crap. Because those excuses, reasons and words of advice from Hearn and others are small adjustments, to change a trainer means AJ doesn't feel McCracken or and most importantly HIMSELF have the answers to Usyk and.. So he needs to go and find somebody who does have some answers, somebody who can fill him with confidence and rebuild him mentally. I honestly believe AJ is in serious trouble.. but the new trainer rumour may just be all rubbish, we will see.
I think a change is a good idea. It is worth a try. But I expect AJ to lose the rematch anyway, whatever he does.
