    i just assumed the ibf would have another title belt sitting ringside if the title changes hands.

    not go and ask for it off the beaten fighter. :roll:

    or the belt handed in before it starts.

    Maybe with IBF being an East Coast USA company, I doubt they thought their man would lose.

    same happends with Kostya Tszyu and Jake the Snake.

    When Kostya won the IBF title in the ring he refused to give it back to Jake and said he won the title and it was rightfully his. Even in the dressing rooms after the fight he refused to hand back the title.

    I think he bought Jake a new IBF trinket later on and even brought him down to Oz for sparing.
