I haven't seen a Ward fight I didn't enjoy watching. But the same can be said of many fighters I've actively watched in recent years.

As a boxing fan, I tend to enjoy most boxing that I watch.

There are exceptions, of course, but Ward is a world class operator and I enjoy watching his fights.

first of all one could say the same about going to oakland and fighting ward after seeing him headbutt and squidgrab kessler to bits and the ref doing nothing about it, clearly something shady going on there.
2nd of all dirrell didnt win that fight no matter how you twist it. as it showed in the abraham fight dirrell hasnt got the heart of a lion, he is fast , yup , some good fundamentals , yup . but lacking in one of the most vital departments which is the warriors heart, or gladiatoral instinct. Unless he got a heart transplant or something i dont see him ever becoming the best in any division

Dawson fight was Ward's best display.

Still *****ing about that Kessler fight?

How do you intentionally headbutt someone without injuring yourself in the process?

Watch Ward-Miranda and Ward-Bika. In both fights Ward was at the receiving end of headbutts, and I'm pretty sure both fights took place in Oakland, rendering your claim of Ward receiving some sort of preferential treatment in Oakland useless.

Ward-Kessler was an accidental head clash. Quit *****ing, its been more than 5 years already.:patsch

If you're a fan of Kessler or Froch, probably not as every time you witness the sublime grace that is Andre Son-Of-God Ward, you are reminded that your boy got bullied and beat up, hence it would not be a good fight for you.

Fortunately for me, I'm a fan, so I enjoy all of his fights. :)

If you don't enjoy watching Ward then you aren't a true boxing fan, IMO. The guy puts on boxing master classes.

I am not a fan of Floyd but although he doesn't have the most exciting of styles, I always enjoy watching him fight and admire the level of skill on display.

    Ward-Abraham was decent for the first 6 rounds, Ward-Bika, Ward-Kessler, Ward-Rodriguez and Ward-Miranda.

I wouldn't say his fights with Miranda, Kessler, Froch, and Dawson were necessarily "good", but I didn't find them boring either. They were all decent fights IMO.

ofc you dont get my arguments.
maybe if you ever boxed a day in your life you would , typical bias fanboy
try reading up on the queensberry rules

The Marquess of Queensberry rules is a code of generally accepted rules in the sport of boxing

(i will highlight the relevant points im trying to make)

    1. To be a fair stand-up boxing match in a 24-foot ring, or as near that size as practicable. :deal
    2. No wrestling or hugging allowed.
This version persuaded boxers that "you must not fight simply to win; :deal no holds barred is not the way; you must win by the rules"

The fight is controlled by a referee who works in the ring to judge and control the fight, rule on the ability of the fighters to fight safely, count knocked-down fighters, and rule on fouls.

Violations of these boxing rules may be ruled a “foul” by the referee, who may issue warnings, deduct points, or disqualify an offending boxer :deal , causing an automatic loss, depending on the seriousness and intentionality of the foul. An intentional foul that causes injury that prevents a fight from continuing usually causes the boxer who committed it to be disqualified.

Boxers are prohibited from hitting below the belt, holding, tripping, pushing, biting, spitting on or wrestling their opponent :deal . The boxer’s shorts are raised so the opponent is not allowed to strike the groin area. They also are prohibited from kicking, head-butting, or hitting with any part of the arm other than the knuckles of a closed fist (including hitting with the elbow , shoulder or forearm, as well as with open gloves, the wrist, the inside, back or side of the hand). They are prohibited as well from hitting the back, the back of the neck or the back of the head (commonly called a “rabbit-punch”) or the kidneys. They are prohibited from holding the ropes for support when punching, holding an opponent while punching :deal , or ducking below the belt of their opponent (dropping below the waist of your opponent, no matter the distance between).

    :!: :huh
