Has Andre Ward ever fought above 168 pounds??

    He was 171 for one of his earlier fights and 171ΒΌ for his fight prior to the Super Six.

    He's been bang on the 168 limit for 4 of his last 6 fights and he was a quarter of pound under for the other 2.

    He was a 175lber in the amateurs.

    His issue is that his power is only respectable, rather than being a big puncher. It says more about Chad Dawson struggling at 168 than it does Ward's power truth told, maybe now that he's had his shoulder repaired he'll have more heat.
