Has any athlete ever refused to compete because of blood testing?

    Has any athlete ever claimed to be the best in his division even though he has never fought any fighters in his own division? just curious I've never heard of it personally

    No. Because no athlete has ever been accused without proof by an opponent.

    Lance armstrong was constantly accused of juicing, and submitted himself to the stricktest and most outragous blood testing to prove himself. check it

    nope, well sort of. A sprinter in the 04 games tried to skip blood testing by faking a motorcycle accident. But I think she still wanted to compete.

    :good and Manny runs from the tests like the plague with no real excuse besides the blood weaking excuse which is pathetic at best.
