Has any fighter had a bigger s**t talk to balls ratio than David Haye?

I think you make a good point.

His balls/mouth ratio has to have the widest gap of any fighter in history.

    I blame the British fans.

Haye was making peanuts at Cruiserweight. Wanted a big money fight with the Klits and did all he could to try to get one. When he didnt get one he fought a low class HW and got paid big money simply on the format that he was the Anti-Klitschko. Simple fact is Haye is making a lot of money off the Klitschko name and doesnt want risk it by fighting either of them.

    Exactly.

    100% right.

A lot of Brits have seen through Haye, which is great. But there is still a large number which let him get away with his ****.

If those British fans would hold him accountable, then he wouldn't be the massive disappointment that he is. He wouldn't get away with it.

I think Toney priced himself out of a Klitschko fight, but his resume and toughness in the ring disqualifies him from this list.

Wrong. Toney lost his credibility as a serious HW a LONG time ago, People just talk about what he says these days for comic relief. Haye is about to lose his HW credibility (what little he had, anyways) due to inactivity, extremely catious match making, opting to fight poor opposistion and mediocre performances. This is the supposed saviour who was supposed to clean up the division.:nut

Haye only became mainstream news in the build up to the Valuev fight, he put in a crazy amount of tv appearances and promotional work for that and pulled in a great ppv number on the back of it, he was known before but he wasn't any more popular than Froch is now.

I wouldn't say he's making money from being anti-Klitschko at all.

Bowe was terrible, that is true. Lewis was on the record saying that his manager met with Bowe and his advisor in order to talk about a fight between the two men. The first thing Bowe said when they all sat down was "We want 90% of the revenues or the fight is off"

So yea, Bowe was highly impressed by Lewis because got knocked out by him in the amateurs and looked for an obvious way out of a confrontation in the ring. That didn't stop Bowe talking trash about Lewis of course.

That's why IMO Bowe belongs nowhere near the top 10 HW ATG list neither. He was a talented man yes, but mentally and psychologically he wasn't a champion. Not by a longshot.

let me guess, a Klitschko fan who starts a thread about Haye to try and avert the attention away from his own fighter, pathetic:lol:

I dont have too much of a problem with Haye taking his time and securing the best possible position he can for himself. There's no doubt in my mind he fully intends to step in the ring with a Klitschko - but with a couple years left in his boxing career and his whole life ahead he is right to ensure he gets as much money as possible which is why fighting Valuev (then obviously the mandatory Ruiz) was a good route for him.

You've got account for the deal he was under initially - at a low percentage of the gate and a rematch clause Haye would have won the title but not secured any long term money. The position he's in now means he can get the money he deserves for putting his life on the line for your entertainment.
