Has any other boxer in history won as many weight classes as Pac has?

There will be club fighters out there that have, absolutely.

Duran is the only fighter I can think of that has been through as many weight classes and won championships at most of them. But both Duran and Pacquaio weren't lineal champion in as many weight classes as Floyd.

I didn't realise it was a vacant title, so fair enough.

He was worth the title though, in that time period mo he would've beaten numerous champions at 154 e.g. Saul Alvarez in 2011, Cotto in 2011, Spinks, Bundrage, Ishe Smith, Carlos Molina. It wasn't exactly murderer's row.

I don't think Pacquaio beats Alvarez at 154 to be honest. I think he beats Cotto at any weight, he'll beat Spinks but then who wouldn't. He'd never have beaten a fit Martinez.

It's a tough fight now, but Alvarez was very green back then, his stamina was poor and he couldn't even get Matthew Hatton out.

Anyway, point I was making is that he was worthy of a JMW title even if the circumstances in which he achieved one were tainted.
