No its clearly not. Even ODLH who has an iron chin had to throw in the towel because he was getting beaten to a pulp. Never saw him that bruised up.

At 130 he was also hitting guys like Vargas,Rios,Chavez etc with everything and they were able to standup to those punches dont see what you're trying to prove with that ****.

Why dont you mention him hurting the iron chinned Oscar at 154 or him sending Hatton to dreamland with one punch?

    126 Barrera 2003 fight night weight 136
    126 Marquez 1 2004 fight night weight 137
    130 Morales 1 2005 fight night weight 139
    130 Morales 2 2006 fight night weight 140
    130 Morales 3 2006 fight night weight 144
    130 Barrera 2 2007 fight night weight 144
    130 Marquez 2 2008 fight night weight 145
    135 Diaz 2008 fight night 147
    147 DLH 2008 fight night 148.5
    140 Hatton 2009 fight night 148
    147 Cotto 2009 fight night 149

I thought Hatton's punch resistance was gone, De La Hoya old, drained, and shot, Diaz a bum, now because he beat Cotto, who was hurt by Paulie Malignaggi at 140 is now all of a sudden a shock that he was dropped.

Just check is fight with DLH where he hurt the iron chin Oscar with one punch at 154,Knocking Hatton down and sending him to dreamland with one punch.

Who at 130 had a chin as good as Oscar that he was able to hurt them,or who did he stopped at 130 that was as strong as Ricky?

And GTFO with all that **** about him going all out to stop JMM,it was obvious to anyone that the only reason he didnt stoppped JMM was cause he wasnt willing to take the risk period.

I dont think Cotto has been hurt like that welterweight. Even Margarito who was considered a much bigger puncher couldnt put Cotto on ***** street like Manny did.

No had ever played golf like Tiger Woods. There's a first 4 everything.
Barrera & Morales lasted because they're better boxers than Hatton & Cotto. They could match his speed better. They were fighting a smaller less skilled version of Pac. Hatton probably always had a worse chin than those guys plus less ability. Pac got a couple of flash knockdowns against Cotto then outboxed him. He never KO'd him 1 punch

Could be.... I wouldnt consider the second Cotto knockdown a flash knockdown. In my opinion Cotto was not only badly hurt but never fully recovered from that shot.

I agree, it's amazing. Has his power increased? Well he KO'ed the same Ricky Hatton that walked through Tszyu's punches for 11 rounds in only two. Yes, Hatton smothered Tszyu's punches a lot, but for Pacman to dispose of him in such a brutal, merciless fashion was absolutely god damned insane.

He then went on to knock seven shades of **** out of the normally hardy Cotto. And not in a bruising, accumulative, stuffed-gloves Margarito kind of way. I guess the only thing that saved Oscar was his HOFer chin.

I don't have an encyclopedic knowledge of the sport, but I can't recall anyone from the modern era (Last 50 years or so) that seems to have brought such devastating power through so many divisions. Many have produced great knockouts in higher divisions, but Manny puts these naturally bigger guys on ***** street with just one punch. :think

You get hurt by punches you don't see, for the most part Cotto was able to see where Margarito's punches were coming from. Judah had him hurt, but wasn't able to capitalize. Steward was saying had he continued to put punches together he would have had Cotto, but he stopped.

Wasnt Hatton also stopped and sent to dreamland by fraud?

Didnt people said that his chin was ruined by fraud?

Didnt people said that Cotto was ruined by Margo?

Didnt he hit David Diaz and A weight drained DLH with everything before stopping them?

So the same dumbasses that used all those excuses in the past have now replace them with the steroid's excuse.

I would agree that speed definitely helps that power increase but Judah didnt hurt Cotto like Manny did. I dont think Cotto ever recovered from that second shot that put him down.

Manny was just too fast & too good 4 him. Cotto was still on his feet at the end.
