Has any other top level fighter ever claimed victory of a weigh in?

"won the weigh in" sounds like something George Groves used to say when Froch was smashing him out.

 

Canelo has eaten far too much beef,
Everyone knows this is true,
So much he's been tempted to turn a new leaf,
When he speaks now he can only moo,

At the weigh in they knew that he had to be brisk,
Or his cow like behaviour would show,
Oscar threatened to use his favourite egg whisk,
If a moo was heard from Canelo,

So the weigh in went well for golden boy,
Their guy kept his secret quite well,
Oscar then put away his favourite toy,
But don't ask me where I won't tell,

 

Well clearly the overall winner was the chair which put a beat down on Canelo.

Have you seen the video of him falling off the chair? He clearly beat the 10 count with only a little bit of help and since he can't lose on points its pretty obvious that he won the weigh-in.
