And that was more luck than anything. Foreman was outworked by a former LHW and then landed a lucky 10th round KO punch on his opponents glass jaw.

Most scientists now agree that there's no such thing as natural talent. There's no gene for 'boxing skill', or 'violin playing' or 'classical dancing' or 'mathematics' or 'freestyle MCing' or 'opera singing'. Everything you see in a boxer (or performer) is very hard work, education and dedication.

Yeah hard work is huge part it for sure but some people just have a natural aptitude for being better at certain things than others.

I know it sounds like common sense but science has exposed it as a myth in hundreds of recent studies. Every supposed talent goes back to repetitive training. It's a very very interesting subject, because for some reason we as human beings love to cherish the idea of a natural talent or the idea of childhood prodigies. I am not an expert (scientist) in the field, I've just read a good number of books on it.

The entire science has turned the subject upside down over the last 30 years. Here are some science-backed books I found worthwhile on the topic, for those interested:

Yes for a man of his physique...hard diet and solid workout regime would have him cut 50 pounds EASILY in 60 days. Alot of that weight is just water retention in his gut.

It's not like he has a day job which he has to focus on.

Nonsense....so what you saying is that it is possible for me somehow sing as well as Michael Jackson did?let me tell you regardless of how well I get educated, how gard I try that is or never was gonna happen! When it comes to singing he was defo naturally more gifted than me!!

If he was so gifted, then why did his father Joe Jackson have to beat him so little Michael trains a brutal 15,000-20,000 hours of dance and singing routines all throughout his miserable childhood?

What I am saying is, if you put in the same amount of work and pain that Michael Jackson put into honing his skill day in day out. Over about 12-15 years, then yes, you could come very close to his singing and performance skill. The question is not do you have Michael's innate singing talent (he couldn't sind when he was born). The question is can you survive the blood, sweat and tears to get there.

I have to agree with you. I remember when my cousin and I were first introduced to the game of football (American) as 7 year olds. We both knew nothing about the sport but from the moment he picked up the ball he was always able to throw a tight spiral and no matter how hard I practiced more often than not my throw was wobbly. Some things come more natural to people. I don't understand how this is debatable.
Usain Bolt was always going to be faster than 99% of the population.
