Has anyone ever met Lennox Lewis?

Ok, I grew up near Kitchener, Ontario and I would see Lewis occasionally when he was in his late teens/early twenties way before he turned pro and left for the UK. You're all missing something. Lewis was a shy young guy when he was a teenager. He was always kind of reserved and quiet (especially around people he didn't know). He was certainly not a braggart or a loud mouth type of personality. Maybe confident because of his boxing background, but not arrogant at all. Very polite in person in those days and always grateful to be recognized. The way he was approached in that video was definitely not what he would be used to growing up in Canada. Nobody would treat him like that and that is definitely not the Canadian way to approach a celeb. We're all a bit more respectful than that. One more thing, these snide remarks about Lewis being gay really makes me laugh because that guy was always a major ***** hound. Maybe more quiet about it, but then again the real lady killers are always kind of subtle about their business lol.

 

No wonder your not taken seriously here lol.

Taken seriously here? I know more about boxing than the 75% of this classic forum, i am here now because i can't go out of my home, you know. A high % of you never even trained boxing(not all them) so it is a funny thing that somebody is talking about a sport that never trained.
Another even funnier thing is ... when you say "they won't take you seriously here" you think I could care a about it, still my comments have a lot of knowledge behind it, even if you don't like it. you can cry and kick all you want, that won't change a thing

 

Met him at the Benn McClellan fight .He was with his brother tried to have a chat but got a bit star struck ! He was fine but probably thought I was a right prat !

I know nothing about boxing that is why in several of my extended comments where i am debating about boxing i got this number of thumbs up . I never met him but I was a few feet away from him in Atlantic City when he was being interviewed outside of the ring after annihilating Golata. He is definitely somewhat physically imposing...
