Has anyone ever seen Froch out of shape?

    I'm curious. He fought Taylor some months back isn't due to fight till October yet in the promo shows in their boxing gear he looks utterly ripped like he hasn't put on any weight whatsoever & looks like he could fight today! Has Froch ever been seen out of shape? **** the man comes in well under the 168 weight limit as it is during weigh ins!

    Add to this he's a guy consistently chasing the best afraid of no one, he talks brash but at the same time is fair and respectful (

    ) & almost certainly took this tournament in a heartbeat it's hard not to admire him.
    Sure he may not be the most athletically gifted boxer but the man has so much heart I'd swear he was mexican! (He's 1/4 polish btw if you didn't know). He's definitely a committed man with a 1950's throwback mentality to boxing & many of today's bozxers could learn from the likes of him/hopkins - especially the HW's. He kind of reminds me of Hopkins in that he doesn't ballon. What was it Hopkins trainer said? "I've never seen him more than 2 lbs overweight between fights!" :yikes No wonder the man seems ageless in that ring!

    no froch is a gym rat who lives a very clean lifestyle the guy has bever drunk alchol

    there were loads of rumours about froch being a smoker but they got squashed. the one thats never been squashed is about the fight he and David Haye had in a hotel as amateurs.

    Y'know, some people that aren't professional athletes eat well and go to the gym regularly. That a pro athlete does shouldn't really be that surprising. That many don't is what is surprising.

    He'll certainly have had a tough string of fights when the tourney is over. As a champ, he's clearly not protecting himself and is looking for tough fights; great credit there.

    thats why he didnt go up to 175lbs for a hopkins fight.

    Jermain Taylor looked in the worst shape out of all of them. He's obviously been on the razz since the Froch defeat.

    the story goes that Haye and Froch were rooming together while in the british amateur squad. Haye had won his fight that day and wasnt due to fight the next day. But Froch was fighting the next day so wanted to get to sleep........

    problem is Haye is watching eastern european porn lol. Froch asks him a few times to turn it off but Haye doesnt listen, so he picks up the remote, switches the tv off and throws the remote agaisnt the wall and the batterys fall out. They then start scrapping. no word on who won they probs both say eachother. the coaches heard what was happening and came in and stopped it.

    they didn't get along for a while but nows its all good. they also fell out before the Froch vs Dodson fight as Haye and Dodson are very good mates.

    Haye was a light heavy at the time and Froch a middleweight so not much difference.
