I am unsure whether people are just joking around that JCC Jr. will take Oscar to task, so I ask you guys, who here has seen JCC Jr. fight and who here see's these apparent tools that he has to take out Oscar?

Even today's Oscar knocks him out cold, Chavez Jr. might continue doing what he's doing as his father did and continue to fight Tijuana plumbers till he's about 89 fights with 0 losses(already over 3 controversial decisions, should be around 15 when he's 89) then have a few major fights which are als controversial(like his father) and retire a living legend.

Never know he might become a great with a couple more years of polishing, that's what I would have like to have said had I not seen a recent picture of him where he appears to be over 200 pounds :(.

i'll give him another 4 years before he can be expected to fight for a world title, he needs to improve in every department. it might not be a bad idea if he went on the contender, it might help him realise that he has alot of work to do. he is not a jr middleweight anymore, he is too big to make the weight and now may have to face heavier punchers from the middleweight division.

Oh that's right I completely forgot about the weight issue. I wonder if he will be sturdier with the extra weight or if he is found out to be chinny.

I saw him fight at the garden when paulie fought cotto and he didn't impress me. He Ko'ed a bum but still I don't know how he'll manage a fighter like Oscar.

Yeah, I've seen him. He's as green as the grass. No am career, basically learning on the job. Struggles with the Tijuana taxi drivers his old man used to dispatch quickly. It's possible that he can improve, but right now, even today's declining De La Hoya destroys him. His management would be insane to take this fight now, unless they are simply looking to cash in before some tomato can beats him.

Or he can cherry pick weak titleholders and retire when real competition comes up like someone else.....

At least the fight could take place at 154, Oscar would be far more comfortable. He'd knock Jr. out.

Ahh man, he had no ams career and is learning on the fly. I think he's alright, but may be getting too big (still growing and weight going up) for his own good. He is learning but doesn't possess the fire power to keep off a serious fighter with his current defense abilities.

But he doesn't just flat out suck IMO.

Ronald Hearns KO 2 JCC Jr. at this point.

Im really liking Hearns Jr. and wish him luck and hope to see him do really well. Waiting to see him step up a little and see how it goes. All these KO 1's aren't getting him much ring time to learn things, IMO.

Doesn't matter who Oscar fights, hes done. Best believe JCC Jr will be looking to take his head off
