Has anyone seen the Boxrec's champions table? It's hilarious!

    Boxrec Champions Table

Take a quick look at the WBA "champions" listed. Although it shows the ridiculousness of the WBA's multiple "world champions" per division, they at least could have gone with the actual highest WBA beltholder.

Having Andre Berto as the WBA Welter champ is hilarious of course, or Flores as the Super Bantam one, but their listed WBA heavyweight champion takes the cake...

C'mon he beat the hell out of Rocky Juarez, that's no easy feat....except for the 10 other guys that did it. But to Castellanos' credit he did almost stop him in the last round.

It seems like in every other division they have their champ in line with at least one major org from the 4 (or 5, including the IBO) - but with Castellanos they up-jump the mere WBC Silverweight champion over IBF champ Lee Selby? Let alone WBA champ Jesus Cuellar? Let alone WBC champ Gary Russell Jr.? Let alone WBO champ (and consensus #1 featherweight among pretty much the rest of the world) Vasyl Lomachenko??

I mean, granted, Castellanos definitely ought to rank above IBO champ Lusanda Komanisi (who??) but...

They also have Mauricio Herrera ranked 19th at Light Welterweight, beneath Fernando Angulo, Hank Lundy, Thomas Dulorme, Beltran, Obara and Barthelemy who just made his debut at LWW, and Crawford ranked No. 1 over Garcia and Matthysse.

Boxrec gives emphasis on the last 18 months record where Eubank's record is 8-1 whereas BJS is 2-0, and BJS's win over Eubank gets little points in the ranking due to the result being a split decision. BJS will go back in the rankings once he's more active.

I noticed. I'm not really thrilled with the changes so far.
