and noticed an improvement in speed and punching power? i would like to get some feedback on this before buying one now i know people use heavier gloves and light dumbells for this, but this seems a bit one dimensional to me as it only really seems to focus on the shoulders and arms now anyone with any boxing sense knows that the arms are not the main source of power, but the legs and torso are, and the way i see it a vest gives a bit of resistance to the movement of the torso and even slightly a resistance on the leg extensions when pushing off with the foot seems logical to me in theory but anyone here with actual experience doing this? feedback anyone?
