What about him ? i seen Jones on the pads years ago. and Jones still trains fighters over the club. But Jones retired after the Don Curry fight in January 1985 - So I have never seen Colin spar - just video footage of past fights - like any fighter you watch who was before your time. However I know of men who have seen Colin spar. One guy once told my brother how a young ginger haired lad from the local area - sparred Colin and dropped Colin on his backside - This happened in the boxing shed And Colin was probaly about 16 years old.
I heard a London Heavyweight sparred Big Enzo Maccarinelli. Drafted in to be a sparring partner. Maccarinelli dropped him in the 1st round of sparring - with his power And sparring was called off - and the heavyweight (unnamed to save his blushes) went back to London.

You should get back into it, good or not. Boxing is awesome fitness training, and IMO, can help with your mindset too.
