I bet Floyd was told who Froch was literally just before he started that interview. I swear Floyd said he hadn't heard of either fighter when he was asked about Froch-Groves last year.

 

I might be wrong but sometimes I think Carl's not all that comfortable on tv when he's not boxing. I remember some of the awkward moments he had with Groves during their various pre-fight appearances on tv and I look at the way he's standing in this clip, almost like he's a camera crew member who got a chance to ask a question.

80k line was hilarious though.

Just think he was nervous in front of the camera and felt he had to say something whilst thinking of a question. However, that post has made my day

 

Mayweather always comes out with that stuff, how he never watches fights, or pays any attention to what's going on, only to trip himself later on by stating something which he can only have knew if he did watch the fights or pay attention.

80,000 tickets were sold but there was only about 55,000 people in the stadium on the evening.

There was a huge army of ticket touts outside desperately attempting to sell 25,000 tickets.

So Froch has fought in front of 80,000 sold tickets, 55,000 people, 24,999 red plastic seats and my girlfriend's handbag.
