Has Cotto gotten faster and Quicker?

    Or is it becasue off Gomez being slow. Because he look like Floyd with his jab

    He was quick as hell from the outside against Mosley so it is not just the caliber of fighter he was facing. The timing, speed, and technique is just down pat. Cotto is entering his mental prime as well as his physical.

    He looked very fast last night. I think it's about time some Mayweather assholes drop the "he's too slow...." or "He's a robot..." crap.

    Well I'm a Floyd fan and to me Cotto has improved with his speed. And his chin is not that bad at 147 so far, besides Zab punches but he shook them off well. Floyd would be in a tuff fight against him. But Floyd still will win in my opinion.

    Gomez wasnt really renound for his impressive speed more for his big heart! Cotto just had to much speed against a slow tired opponent which was easily hitable through evrey round, basically cotto is just to good for a abover average fighter in gomez! but i think gomez looked that bad it made a cotto look briliant with minimum effort!

    He is pretty quick but Gomez did make him look even quicker.

    Yes, i noticed that too. His hand speed and foot speed seems to have improved. He's really getting better.

    Very impressed with Cotto, but Gomez was a step down in competition and we need to see him tested against the best to truly establish just how good he is.

    We'll find something out when he faces Margarito on 26 July! Margarito has just walked through the best shots of possibly the hardest puncher in boxing P4P (Cintron) so if Cotto can bust up Margarito then he is truly something special.

    "Cotto is quick but he aint mayweather quick!"

    no matter how much cotto trains he will never be as fast or as good as mayweather

    Cotto has underrated handspeed but he looked faster due to him being in there with someone as slow is Gomez.
