It did look that way and Im a Geale fan. Dawson quit against Ward,KT quit against Hatton,DeLaHoya quit against Pac. Geale,Dawson,Tszyu and Oscar are all more highly regarded than Green and Mundine who got owned by cherrypicks that went wrong.
Jeff Fenech said Mundine quit against Ottke . It all comes down to opinions. Nice changing of the subject though off the topic ''Has Green copied Mundine to make more $$$.:good
Showing your ''objectivity'' turning a topic about a completely different fighter into a anti-Geale thread.

You are way off mate, first I wasn't the one to bring Geale up in this thread. Second the difference between Geale's pathetic quit job compared to the others is that Geale quit as soon as the going got tough, Tszyu Hatton was 11 dirty brutal rounds before Tszyu had enough, Dawson was getting dominated by Ward for 10 rounds and dropped several times before he had enough, Delahoya was old and weight drained and still copped a beating for 8 rounds before he had enough, Geale got hit with one good shot and packed it in straight away there's a big difference.

    Blue brews over Green

    By Danny Weidler

The Anthony Mundine-Jeff Fenech feud is set to explode again with Mundine attacking Fenech's handling of Danny Green during his victory over New Zealander Sean Sullivan last Sunday.
Both Mundine and Sullivan's trainer, Noel Thornberry, were highly critical of Fenech after Green suffered so severely from dehydration that he was admitted to hospital after the bout.
Green was so delirious he didn't know who he was fighting from the eighth round and, after a convincing victory, demanded a rematch because he believed he had lost.
Dehydration can be fatal, as Thornberry found out when his father Trevor died in the ring after suffering the condition in 1971.
"We are very lucky that we didn't have another boxing fatality last week," said Mundine, who defends his world title against Manny Siaca on May 5 in Sydney.
"I was watching it and you could sense something was wrong and after the fight it was very obvious.
"I really feel Danny Green can't have been getting good advice from his corner. The way he went full steam from round one to round 10, it's just lucky he didn't get hit and that it wasn't a 12-round fight because anything could have happened."
Thornberry was more pointed in his attack on Fenech.
"Make no mistake about this, Danny Green was being driven by the ego of Jeff Fenech and his ego endangered his fighter," Thornberry said. "Fenech and Green wanted to be able to say they knocked out a fighter that Mundine didn't, and that desire to be better than Mundine could have had tragic consequences.
"I don't hold Danny as much responsible as I do little Jeff.
"This guy had to have four litres of fluid pumped into him after the fight. He's lucky he wasn't at death's door.
"I saw what happened to my father and how he died. He had a brain haemorrhage after losing 11 pounds to make the fight and when I saw what was happening to Danny Green, I was shitting myself."
Fenech said Thornberry was cruel not to have called the fight off when Green was hammering Sullivan.
"My ego has nothing to do with the way Danny Green fought the fight," Fenech said. "Everyone knows fighters don't listen to their trainers and that is definitely not how I told Danny to fight the fight."
Fenech said he would never endanger his fighter and admitted he wasn't aware Green had a virus. "The only problem with Danny Green is that he's got a heart bigger than anyone in Australian sport," he said.
"Forget about Jeff Fenech or Jeff Harding or Phar Lap - this kid's got a bigger heart. He pushes himself

that his condition with dehydration could have been serious and he was in a bad way after the fight. In the dressing room he was screaming. He had terrible pains in his temple and he was saying, 'I feel like I'm going to die'.
"He didn't really know who we were and in the shower I was trying to hold him down but he wanted to fight me or anyone else.
"It was scary, and then afterwards we had to go to emergency because there was no fluid left on his brain."
But Thornberry said: "Jeffrey said I was cruel but after the fight we went out for pizza and a couple of drinks while his fighter went to hospital."

Funnily enough Jeff and Danny dogged a fight with Ottke in 2003 to fight Jason DeLisle and Danny and Jeff hate one anothers guts today. But Noel is right Fenech endangered Danny's life to try and one up Mundine by KOing Sullivan. Great fighter, terrible trainer IMO.

He is our best home grown fighter but he is an opportunist look at what he said about Danny in the article above. Then when Danny lost the Beyer rematch he ditched him to jump on the Tyson comeback farce. After that failed he tried to sue Danny and even offered to try and use his pull to get Mundine a shot at Beyer. I hated Fenech after that(when I used to support Green). @ the rolex joke.
