    And could he beat Conor Benn and Florian Marku. I think the answer to all of those questions is yes!

    Booth isn't right for him yeah he teaches reflexes style but Kelly needs to work on his weaknesses.

    Kelly beats Benn and Marku pretty comfortably with minor adjustments.

    I heard he'll be moving up to 154 though. Not sure if that's a great move considering he has no power at 147.

    Agreed - if he were to face either of those next he wins.

    Regards to his power, he is absolutely huge for Welter so if anything the weight cut could be zapping his power as well as his gas tank.

    Wouldnt be surprised to see him pack a bit more power at 154. He'll never be a big puncher but I think he drains himself too much. He gasses early because of it and then he really has no sting in his punches.

    I think weight is too often blamed for struggling. Sometimes you do see a fighter increase their power and punch resistance after moving up though.

    He seemed to hurt Avenesyan in the second. I think he needs to leave Booth work on his stamina and power more mate.

    That last fight was all wrong for him on every level and he'll get no respect if and when he moves up. Don't forget this was a Euro belt not World.
    He needs to go back to the drawing board maybe with a new trainer and get a couple of solid wins under his belt at UK level.

    He just really needs to work on the basics and not try to be James Toney or Mayweather. Work on counters on the inside, keeping his guard and being less predictable.

    How the heck is it Hearns fault?

    He didnt force Kelly into the ring. Kelly and Booth were happy with the fight.

    A fighter loses and gets exposed, blame the promoter? No!!!
