Has Floyd hid a vulnerable chin throughout his prime like Roy Jones did?

I do not know how good Roy Jones chin was cuz remember he gained almost 25 lbs to fight to fight Ruiz and lost it all to fight Tarver which to me is impossible to do and maintain effectiveness. So I can't really put them in the same category.

 

3/4 options if it being bad. Why isn't there a good but not great choice? And why is Pac even mentioned in this poll?

 

So let me get this straight...Floyd takes 2 FLUSH SHOTS that were VERY ACCURATELY PLACED from the HARD HITTING SHANE MOSELY and he reacted to them and people have the nerve to say his chin is suspect??? If anything he showed a good chin and recovery by taking the shot and coming back strong in the rest of the round.

 

There's not ONE welterweight today that could take a right-hand powershot from Mosley without getting hurt. Not one.

Mayweather's chin is above average, and he recuperative powers (and ring IQ) are great.

 

Margarito took a shed load of them. Cotto took them.

 

did you not see what mosley did to margo, or what mosley did to mayorga? the fact that mayweather took those shots, got hurt and came back and dominated proves that he chin is good. those same shots would have done the same to pacquiao or any other top fighter. first flusdh hard shot jones took he was out. so you cant compare the two.

 

and margorito got koed and cotto was hurt more then a few times. pac would get hurt form those shots too:deal
