Has Floyd now officially dropped his outwith-the-rules OSDT demands for a Pac fight?

Floyd just said in the fighthype video that since Manny has said he agreed to the testing, let's get it on.

So he is assuming Pac has already agreed to the testing.

 

The testing was said to be no problem even by roach pac's daddy, when asked roach said pac would need a 7 day window, floyd offered pac 14 days pac declined atsch:

The **** you talking about, the only reason they are discussing fighting is because Arum and Manny publically agreed to the testing. If he hadn't none of this other stuff would matter.
