i believe so. RJJ beat two atgs, won titles in 4 weight classes, and was the man arguably at 2 weight classes- 168, 175.

FMJ has beaten 1 atg, won titles in 5 weight classes, and was the man at 3 weight classes- 130, 135, 147. And while Castillo, Corrales, and Hatton are not ATGs yet, their resumes are comparable to Toneys, IMHO. (admittedly, I dont like Toney, so Im putting my bias out there)

Floyd already was , as said before Roy was a fantastically gifted athlete but Folyd is a fantastically gifted BOXER. Were Folyd and RJJ of a similar size and fought do you think any of those leaping hooks / uppercuts would come close to hitting Floyd ? No chance. Also as was stated elsewhere Floyd isnt a drugs cheat.

Floyd was always a smarter and more technical fighter than RJJ. Yes. So was Whittaker and SRL.

Both are great and i like them equally, but I've never seen a fighter with as much skill at PBF.

rjj has just as much skill as pbf... i mean haven't you ever seen rjj doing his chicken dance skit in the middle of a match?

but the reason why pbf pulls away with this is because he has been in more big fights than rjj. i mean, pbf always fights in las vegas whereas rjj is forced to fight in odd locations like connecticut or some **** like that cause no one ever really wanted to see him.

but if you really look at it, rjj has just as much skill as pbf.

Judah was giving Floyd problems with his speed. That`s all I have to say.

I was asking myself this same question right after Floyd's destruction of Hatton. I think they would have been very evenly matched in the ring, Floyd is certainly the more rounded fighter and more tactical cat but the edge in raw physical talent goes to Roy. He has (did have?) even faster hands than Floyd and in his prime was quite literally impossible to hit.

Who wins the head to head? Tough to call but I see Roy taking a razor thin 12 round decision in the most boring fight in boxing history.
