I switched off as soon as i heard the cards, i know Deontay claims he did enough to win, i also know hes wrong but i didnt hear what Fury had to say.

Now all the rumours about this contract was that both sides were given a rematch clause, i never believed it but because nobody seemed to know for certain it could well be true, the rumours seem to of started with DiBella so it could be a lie.

But has he called for one? Has he asked for one? Did he feel robbed? Cuz he should.

He said he had not seen his family for 10 weeks and that he was not thinking about it until after the holidays.

I think that he was holding back on what he wanted to truly say

Seemed like Wilder wanted the rematch more post fight.

Fury would prefer the AJ fight... more money and less chance he gets knocked out. It must be a little intimidating to outbox someone, but they still have the one punch power to nearly knock your head off in the last round.

He just clearly beat Wilder in the US. I think hes going to talk to Hearn and fight Joshua next.

Fury had an immediate rematch agreed with Wlad and it never happened. Not at all clear we're going to get it this time.

I don't think he's interested in the rematch. He held his head high afterward, he knew he won that and was respectful. He doesn't care about the belt so doesn't need to fight Wilder again. Furys eyes will be on the big money fight against Joshua.

I hope Tyson has a fantastic Christmas with his beautiful family. He has earned it. He’s earned every penny paid to him tonight. What a people’s champion.

From what I gathered from Fury a fight vs. Joshua would be guaranteed to be in the UK so he "could be with his family and friends, closer to home". He said something along those lines.

I hope Fury does get back in the squared circle sooner rather than later, the guy has battled the bulge around his midriff, i am unsure he has the dedication to keep on getting back in shape, so regular fights keeps his mind focused on boxing and keeps him fight fit.

He needs to fight Joshua, forget that dosser Wilder. He would just get robbed again in the US.

Also he might gain another 100 lbs after Christmas so who knows.

Fury said he’d do a rematch but wouldn’t be drawn by the interviewer into saying he’d be prepared to have it in the US again!

Do you think Hearn would make that fight?
A lot of the time it looks like Hearn is the only barrier in the way of AJ fighting Wilder or Fury. I truly doubt Hearn would make that fight :(.

I don't think that Fury wants another shot at Wilder. Only Wilder was asking for the rematch. Fury was too busy calling out AJ. He said that he thought he won but I think that he was the happiest man in the world to get out of there the way he did. When the adrenaline and drugs wear off, he will probably sleep for a week.

    Yes.

Tyson’s exact words “Deontay’s a great warrior. I respect him and I always have. Let’s get it on for a 2nd time.”
