When you sing this in your head as you read along: sing Dido's part in young Mike Tyson's voice! Edited to fix grammar
He gained me as a fan after showing amazing resilience and heart against Wilder 3. Before that I was summarily unimpressed. I still wish he hit a bit harder (and lost 25 lbs), but he's a very good champion. He only needs another decent win to cement his place in history imo
If he fights Wilder a 4th time, I hope Wilder wins !!!!! That's one of the biggest insults possible on this forum.
Yes. The combination of Chisora III and ducking Usyk and I no longer give **** about him as a fighter. The only fight of his I will watch is Usyk. Other than that he is persona non grata.
He's one of the few left in the sport I care to watch anymore...not that I'm a huge fan. Youtubers...rotten promoters...garbage fights that are PPV every time...I'm at the end of my patience with the sport in general.
You will surely be disappointed when it is the winner of Chisora-Whyte III. Come to think of it, maybe it will be the loser.
Yes , fury played his political games and his bluff backfired when it got obvious he is not in shape for usyk im april - but usyk is none better when he carefully circumnavigates around wilder and joyce to choose with dubois the lowest risk possible covering himself behind the 'mandatory' argumentation . Aj at least openly admits he needs another weak fight to build up. Its not only about fury avoiding a high risk event.
I can't say I'm a fan of Tyson Fury. Nor have I ever been (I'm more of a boxing fan). Tyson Fury won my sympathy with the things he did in the ring. Well, the same way he can lose my sympathy - with the things he does in the ring.
No I will always love Fury he is a legend I am a ride or die fan with my favourites just like I was with Anthony Mundine and still am with Kambosos.
Never seen anything special about him. What's he had, 6 championship fights, 3 of those against the same guy. His record doesn't not compare against the likes of Lennox Lewis and many others. Reputation built on and supported by casual fans. Sad.
He lost me as a fan way before this. Can't remember exactly when it was, sometime between the second and third Wilder fights I think. Can't really pinpoint any particular instance that turned me off him either, just that I started to find him insufferable and found myself wanting to root against him. It's the same thing that turned me on him as a fan to begin with, in reverse.
