Bernard Hopkins and Roy Jones are not in the HoF yet. Floyd Mayweather, Manny Pacquiao, Juan Manuel Marquez, Erik Morales, Marco Antonio Barrera and others aren't in the Hall of Fame yet. Do we discount everyone who has had a victory over them yet.

One again 40 somethings (plural) name more than one fighter that was 40 something Calzaghe fought and name the exact date when they turned 40 something.

    Guarantee you can't. :hi:

so you cant pick a 40something either? So you just reduced your own options even further to zero without me writing one word....
haha. you destroy your own posts, I'll just watch you do it from now on saves me bothering.

the funniest thing is you thought you were setting me a trap.... but you set it for yourself to walk into.

I don't know what is classed as a 40 something. You brought 40 somethings up describing someone who hadn't even turned 40 yet. I always thought 40 something was a name for someone who was between the ages of 41 and 49? Is it a nickname for a PED cheat, like Cowardzaghe is a nickname from someone off youtube or something?

Explain what a 40 something is, who the fighters were that was 40 something being that Calzaghe apparently fought multiple of them, and the precise time they became 40 something then I might be able to answer your question

no stick to the thread topic Hans. use other boxers' careers like calzaghe for comparison to 3G's career in respect to the thread topic if you like, thats fine but don't start new topics on them!

have some respect for the forum please, don't be a sore loser (nor.... a ...cowardzaghe)

So you ducked the question again Berol. You brought up 'Zaggers and 40 somethings.

Answer the following and we will get straight back to the topic at had, and if you ducked it, it means you are a cowardzaghe I guess.

    1. What is a 40 something

    2. How many '40 somethings' did Calzaghe fight

    3. List the 40 somethings that Calzaghe fought

    4. Name the precise date and time said fighters become 40something.

    :think

Mike Tyson got a ton of attention after he picked up his first belt, so yes.

You'll need to start a separate thread for an entirely unrelated topic.

But I will take a moment to note the hilarity of getting a calzaghe superfan to use the word cowardzaghe as if it means cowardly HAHAHA. Awesome.

c u in the new thread.

i think just cos hes a late starter we shouldnt hold it against him.

We should in fact expect his better opponents to come out now, because guys who started 5 years before him got their bigger fights at age 28/29.... 3G is 33/34 so its his time to get them.

NOW - if 3g has been pro since the age of 20/21 and was still waiting for a big fight at age 34/35 then that would be weak (I cant think of any specific cowardzaghes who did that..i mean specific names, names.. )

    Yes, Rubio .....:D

All jokes aside though, Genady is the goods. As much as I am a fan of Ward, I think its a 50/50 fight.
