Has Haye been Savaged in the UK Press?

Jim Watt is a truly terrible commentator so his opinion counts for nothing really....

 

My point is only that for the most part the media in the UK displays a general blissful naive ignorance on the subject.
I was neither arguing, disagreeing or disregarding the second part of what you said.

 

UK media is ignorant of all things boxing anyway.

They neither hold Haye high nor rip either Klitchsko apart. They simply report that a fight is or isn't taking place and a brief explanation.

I will say though, that where they do go into detail, they report with truth, as seen here...

So I'm not entirely sure why there's people around here that seem to be able to pick out non existent stories about the UK press slobbering over Haye's balls while burning effigies of the Klits. I'm yet to see it.
