Haye alone is not powerful enough to kill boxing in the UK, but he's just one small part of big problem, which is the fights that make sense are just not being made. Haye vs a Klitschko is just one of many fights that should have happened but have not happened and possibly will never happen. He might be doing great PPV buys but the old saying "you can fool some of the people all the time and...." you know the rest. TBF he's one of the most exciting fighters in the world due to his power, but these days he's just a businessman looking to cash in with minimal risk. A very difficult fighter to support, not fan friendly at all. The Mayweather of the heavyweight division, except Mayweather's resume is still pretty damn good despite ducking so many fighters. He's getting the publics attention though, but people are not stupid. Okay, people are stupid but they learn eventually.

This is definitely complete hyperbole. But he has definitely done little or nothing to elevate the Sport and he has damaged the credibility of Boxing with the fascicle fight against Harrison and the bs Klitschko negotiations.

Nah i would not agree that he has killed British boxing however he is a twat for not fighting Klit.

however there are rumours that it could still happen, but i think different.
