He wasn't just slick and black, this time he was also busy and explosive. Has his performance restored his reputation after an anticlimactic performance against Wlad?

A little, yes. But we gotta remember that he was always explosive vs fighters of his caliber, or his height. Ruiz is an example of that. Harrison too, in a sense that he was well below his level so it didnt take much for haye to stop him. But against Valuev he just potshotted him to a win because he knew that he couldnt KO him. No one could.
Against Wlad, he could KO Wlad with the shots he threw in todays fight. But, Wlad is just a class above him so he couldnt risk, or just couldnt do it.

He's restored it greatly, he's far bigger than he ever was, his performance also made people question how great the better Klit brother Vitali truly is, that is how a heavyweight champ is supposed to spark an unproven prospect, not jab and hold to death, when you are already towering over your opponents

Yes, I think so. Haye isn't just more exciting when he's attacking, he's also a much better fighter. He has great power and should build his game around that rather than being a defensive counter puncher. This fight showed how good Haye can be when he's on form.

Haye is a very confident person but he lacked in ring confidence against Valuev and Wlad. Maybe that is down to Booth, I don't know. I just wish that this Haye was in the ring against Wlad, rather than the negative Haye.

I.think he's restored some credibility, both as a man and also as a fighter.

Defeating Vitali will truly restore his reputation.

Yes Cruiserweight Haye destroyed Heavyweight Chisora someone who he shouldn't of been in the ring with in the first place, and he's even made Super Heavyweight Vitlay Klitschko run from him.

Busy and explosive was the reputation he had at CW. He moved up to HW and snuck a title in a fight most thought he lost.

He held the title hostage for almost 3 yrs and slick and black gave us all of two defenses in that time.

However, he come back, busy and explosive. Stronger than ever and KOd his toughest challenge.

Props to Haye for doing what we all "mostly" hoped he would do when he entered the division. Now, keep our respect by continuing to fight.

PS. Tyson Fury....if your reading this......DO NOT take this fight. David Price......DO NOT take this fight.:nono

Leave Haye alone until your jab and athleticism is at their peak and a title a career high payday is on the line.:deal

If Haye was the only guy to be forced into that kind of fight with Volo then maybe I'd have thought less of him. But when I watch what Chagaev, Ibragimov, Byrd twice and Chambers were brought down to-lose wide on the cards or get hammered to ****, I didn't have a knee-jerk ****y reaction to his loss and start pretending that he was never a good fighter.

Nor am I going to act like he beat a fighter that wasn't already widely defeated by an elderly Vitali and a still rough-around-the-edges Fury. I DO think Chisora/Haye was a meaningful fight that did think Chisora had a very strong chance against Haye, so I am impressed he got the result he has against someone I figured stylistically difficult for him. Good stuff from a very good fighter.
