No, but that doesn't stop the lynch mob crowd. Facts don't seem to matter to them much.

According to Zakman it was all a misunderstanding and Margie is innocent.

No one there saw what they thought they saw ....and the regulators took
    the wrappings by mistake.....

The regulators took the taping dipped in plaster that was for the wall that was being repaired.....

The wall did not need repairs...but according to Margie's camp....they brought them just in case any wallls needed repairs....OOPS!!!

Some people have patience and a bit of decency. Zak is not saying it's okay for Tony to do something illegal, he is saying there is no proof he did something illegal. I think that is a reasonable position. Much more reasonable than jumping on a bandwagon and calling someone a cheater.

The only thing we are waiting for is for Margie's camp to come up with a HELL of an explanation ( plausible ) and ( laughable ) to Bob Arum so he
can dictate to the commissioners what their next action will be.
    Too much money involved.

Ah, I can see the ready-made excuses are already being floated in case the analysis shows that there was NOTHING of consequence in the wraps. :yep

At least can we say what is known?

1..That the wraps looked suspiciously odd
    2. That they felt too hard
    3. That a plaster of paris like substance was scraped off
    4. Ther was a block of what appears to be plaster of paris removed from the wrap.
    5. The other hand was unwrapped and a block of substance that appeared
like plaster of paris fell out of Margie's other wrappings.
    6. The officials, regulators, commissioners deeply concerned confiscated
what they called " illegal substance " ( it was illegal because it did not
    belong there )
    7. This is under investigation

Can we at least discuss what is known?
