Has Jermina Taylor already peaked ?

He beat Hopkins legitimately in my opinion, albeit in two very close fights. He then had a questionable win over Winky wright.

He could not perform infront of his own fans in Little Rock against a 154lbs fighter Kasim Ouma. Then Taylor fought a WW/LMW (Spinks) and fought like he didn't have a heart beat. Taylor followed those defences up by getting KTFO by Kelly Pavlik and losing a decion in the rematch.

In Taylor's fights with Pavlk he showed signs of fatigue that led me to question his stamina........and he did not do much to disprove those stamina question marks by clinging on to Jeff Lacy constantly........ in his last fight.

I think Taylor's days at 168 are numbered too, because there are some decent fighters around his div that are on his level in my opinion and possibly even better than him.

I think so. The type of athlete he is, he usually peaks around 28 yrs or so.

Agreed, look at Jermain Taylor's stamina against Winky it wasn't too bad for hard paced fight, but looked how poor his stamina was against Pavlik.

This is true. Hatton has not been the same since the Mayweather fight for me, albeit he has won two fights since then.

No, he hasn't peaked yet. He was showing more fluidity than ever in his fight with Lacy, pumping the jab again finally. He continues to come into his own. He had many experience-building fights early on, and I'm hoping now he puts it all together.

Cant really judge him off the Lacy fight, that was like an easy sparring match. That was like DLH vs Forbes!

Ya, considered putting into my post that I know Lacy's limitations, etc., but Taylor did what he had to do. Came back from a difficult Round 5 which could have shaken him up. Showed poise.

Yes, Taylor is on the slide.

After Pavlik exposed him as average and cracked his chin, I cant see him getting better
