i voted yes, if the question was has he fought multiple elite level guys it would be different, but it is good fighters and he's beat a bunch.

I was a big hater back in the day, but brook is a legit threat to anyone in that weight range.

He beat the world champion in his back yard. Then he beat his mandatory which he had to fight, he's having an easy voluntary before taking on one if the bigger names in the division.

I don't think he gets praise but there a couple of OK wins on the WBU run Tackie for example is probably better than anything Brook did before Porter

Fought one good opponent in his career.

To include the likes of Hatton and Jo Jo Dan as 'good' is utterly mental, have to be a bit of a fanboy to think that surely.

other than alexander, brook does seem to have fought the best opponent he can find, (realistically, no big name US fighter is coming over to fight him in UK.) He is fighting regularly if he does fight rios in September that's 3 fights in 6 months, khans last 3 fights have spanned about 2 years.

brook is becoming a bigger name, he was on the Claire balding show (ok not exactly a big audience but its a start) and is getting mentioned in the general press not just the boxing pages. He should be a bigger name hopefully by the time the khan fight comes around in 12 months or so and if he beats a few known USA fighters like rios and berto he'll have some name value stateside too.

in the main his opposition hasn't been great, but that's not his fault imo

Kell doesn't have to fight those guys. The blame has to be put on him as well.
