let's be honest he had his best chance to become unified champ against peterson and garcia but ****ed up in both matches. now the opposition in the 140 division is even more fierce with mattyhsse and rios in the mix. so do you think khan had his chance and ****ed it up?

    Nope.
Mattysse is Khan's main concern atm.

Don't see how he can gets unified within a year... He should move to 147 by the end of 2013... Think without Ariza he physically looks weak @ 140.

He can beat everyone at 140 for sure. Might have trouble with Rios (same troubles as Maidana) but will have hell with Mattysse.

Yes, He ****ed that opertunity up.

In order to "Unify" he would need @ least 2 years to get the fights together.
(Noway he could continue makeing 140 that long)

Didn't he become a unified champ when he beat Judah for the IBF?

Then he never got a shot. The closest was when he was chasing a fight with Bradley. A fight he might well have won at the time. IMO but Bradley was set on a pay day with Pac.

Khan beating Mattysse would be...yes i'd say... his best career win...

Back to the top of 140 he would go.

fighting Mattysse won't get a 'buzz back' it will get a hospital trip regardless of the outcome and the hardest fight of his career.

    WTF?

He just lost by a knock out to a guy moving up in weight. That is not what anyone would call missing his chance.

Missing a chance is a fight not happening due to money or injury and not getting your ass knocked out. That is called not good enough!

Khan hasn't got the power to trouble Matthysse or Rios. If he can't get rid of Peterson or Garcia with his shots, then the other 2 guys will be impossible to stop or even hurt. Maybe shots to the body would be his best bet, but don't see it.

Yes. Decision victorys in both them fights are his best outcome possibility...

didn't say anything about stopping them 0.o
