There you have it . These so called 'fans' will abandon Sergey and call him shot to bits.. Ward will get zero credit if he wins:tired

I would like you are right, I would like honest judges, I would like to see better fighter win, and I would like to see more interesting fights next year.

Some people will always dislike a fighter no matter what.

The winner of Ward - Kovalev gets full credit from me, and no, neither Ward nor Kovalev are shot.

Ward is surely top five most skillful active fighters IMHO. He already has great credit.

I'm picking Ward to beat Kovalev. You cant hurt what you can hit. Kovalev's power will be nullified. Think Foreman vs Ali. The big puncher(Kov) vs the tricky fighter (Ward).

 I predicted this already. Same thing happened with Pac/Mayweather, and it would have happened for GGG/Ward if GGG wasn't terrified of Ward.

It honestly seems like you are searching for any reason you can think of to believe that it's not going to be a legitimate win for ward. Fair judges? Give me a break. If you are worried about that before the fight takes place do yourself a favor and follow a more cut and dry sport

I think people are over reacting to the fight

Kovalev won 9 rounds or so. He had a tough time landing on Chilemba but its not as if Chilemba was tagging him over and over

Kovalev also landed his power and eventually took the play away from Chilemba. I dont think Ward looked very good vs Barrera and it may be age or rust or the extra pounds but i think he is more hittable and less sharp than he was a few years ago

I dont see Ward avoiding Kovalev for 12 rounds, eventually Kovalev lands something significant and then its pretty much over

One sloppy performance and he is past his prime?

Really? I personally don't think he took Chilemba seriously, to me he looked like he couldn't have trained that hard, just made weight. Kovalev underestimated him and paid for it, struggled to pin him down and just looked sloppy.

Also lets be fair, if Ward (I don't think he does) goes and beats Kovalev then we have to give full credit to Ward for a great win, we can't turn around and say "Kovalev was past it".

One bad performance and some of you have gone in off the deep end.

There's nobody on this forum more qualified to ID this strategy than you.

All you did was use your template to rag on Wlad, substituting "Sergey" and "Ward" in place of "(insert Wlad opponent name here)" and "Wlad".

Of course he is. Everyone knows if you have one sub-par performance that means you are washed up....fuuuuuuck.....
