    HaHa lol
    Watch the fight man
Lewis walked through him and didn’t even feel the need to defend that much

Name me one great Heavyweight that hasn't been hurt by a lesser fighter than themselves ?

Muhammad Ali was heavily floored by Henry Cooper
Joe Louis was floored and rocked by Tony Galento
Larry Holmes was heavily floored by Renaldo Snipes

I guess that means they all lose to Wilder aswell.

It is funny how the triangle theory of if fighter A could land then fighter B could therefore he would win only ever seems to go one way.

Briggs is often talked of as some kind of top win when Klitschko era also-ran McCline schooled prime Briggs, in addition to dropping and incapacitating prime Grant in 43 seconds. The Klitschko's generally dominated their victims but Klitschko era contenders frequently had dominant wins over Lewis's top contenders. And even when they didn't win they often gave a strong account against the 90's: Schulz was little more than a punching bag for 23 year old Wlad but he had close/controversial fights with Akinwande, Botha, Foreman and Moorer.

No, which only goes to show what a tremendous shot it required to knock him down.

He's never got up from the canvas to continue a fight let alone win.

What about avoiding getting knocked down in the first place? That seems like a pretty important attribute for any H2H as well.

Lewis fought the who’s who of ATG HW punchers and only got stopped twice, once by BS ref stoppage.

Not arsed. The thread is about getting off the canvas, not being knocked out.

I agree. Boxing is a strange sport sometimes. When an old boxer retires, he ducked rematches! When an old boxer carries on, he went on too long! Lewis fought everybody relevant available to him throughout his career…except Bowe…and beat them all. He had nothing left to prove

The boxing records would take years of fixing if ever gift were made right. Face it, Boxing is almost as fake as wrestling. All judged sports are rigged as ****.

My question is why did Vitali Klitschko never rematch Chris Byrd ? he had to rely on his younger brother to do the job for him.
