has maidana-morales changed your view about next week

Yes and thats why i brought the Watson Benn fight up, because i know that some wont be able to handle Maidana`s power. Watson showed how to nullify a slugging machine, by constantly countering and outboxing letting him burn himself out, there was signs of that from Maidana in his fight with khan and Morales.

Yes Maidana struggles on the back foot if the boxer is skilled enough to do so. Morales stayed up close and nullified Maidana`s power and pushed him back many times and was far more accurate.

But as been pointed out can Khan do that? , maybe maybe not, Khan has to be more subtle with his movement and needs a better guard that will make Maidana burn his energy.

Well seeing as it's doubtful Khan will ever step into the rig with Maidana again (it's unecessary) I would say he needs to hone his skills towards the fighters he will most likely come up against in the next few years.

As I can't ever see him fighting Pac, I can't see any big puching awkward pressure fighters on his horizon :good

 

all i know is that was one hell of an effort from morrales , amazing to see

 

Fight looked terrible, Morales being able to compete like that has unfavorably reconfigured my view of the entire LWW division.
