If you're point is that Pacquiao hasn't fought anybody who can replicate Floyd's style, then you may be right and you should of just made that point rather than said he'd only fought brawlers.

But then again, who can replicate Floyd's style? Apart from possibly Guzman, I can't think of anybody. And then again, the closet Floyd has fought to Pacquiao is Zab, but it's still a different proposition.

really ? I have to say I dont see that at all

Yes they are all quick southpaws but Corley throws 2 punchs a round

Judah , I suppose I can see some similarities but mentally speaking they could not be more different.

and the Mitchell Floyd decimated was well on the slide.

the point I was attempting to get to is that neither man has ever fought soemone as special as the other.

Sasakul and Ledwaba were more boxer types than sluggers, although not in the slicksters like Mayweather.

Floyd hasn't fought anyone like Floyd that I can think of either. How many elite slickster fighters can you even name in the entire sport who are available to any given fighter? People talk about how guys like Pavlik get in the ring with guys like Hopkins, they're "exposed". How many goddamn guys like Hopkins are there?! There really aren't a lot of masterclass fighters out there in the championship picture. Pick any fighter, even a slick fighter themselves and tell me how many guys they've been in with that fit the definition of an elite slick fighter with elite speed and defense.

As a matter of fact, you try even as a hardcore boxing fan to can pick out 10 fighters, in the entire sport, all the divisions, who are right now in viable championship years, who are slick, elite level speed, elite level defense fighters. I'd be interested to know who you name. 17 divisions, thousands of fighters, many, many champions, name ten that fit the bill of Floyd. Go. I think of RJJ-no longer elite, or even championship level. I think of Toney-no longer elite championship level. I think of Hopkins-but not speedy is he? I'm running out of names of active fighters that even come close to that bill pretty quickly. How about you?
