Pac has had maybe 3 tough fights his whole career, maybe the least of any great fighter. He is well preserved and looking very strong right now.

What wars has he been in? He had a tough fight with Morales and two with Marquez. He is at his peak right now.

Heck us Pac fans have been preparing excuses since he first lost to Morales but haven't had the chance to use them.

The advantage is IF he loses we have lots of them prepared over several years time but we don't have as much experience in using excuses as Pac haters do

yes, he was prime with Barrera.Since that his punch resistance has been diminishing and weight drained.

I think that Pac's physical peak was at 122. When he beat Barrera and drew with Marquez, Pacquiao was essentially a 122lb fighter who fought bigger men. A David Diaz type of fighter would not have lasted 4 rounds with Pac at 122, but the contrast is that Pac would have taken way more punches in return. In the Diaz fight he was barely touched. Like many have said, technically Pacquiao keeps getting better and better and therefore in terms of overall package he is still in his prime. But if you combined Pac's speed and power from 122 with his skills from today, then you would have a fighter who is absolutely unbeatable. In fact, I think that p4p, Pacquiao's best division today would be lightweight. Where he would have not only an incredible skill advantage against everyone (except Marquez) but also a huge strength advantage.

In conclusion I would say that Pacquiao is still near his prime, but he is not at his best. We have only really seen Pacquiao at his best in a few fights. I would say from the 2nd Larios fight to the David Diaz fight. That was the period where he was both at his best weight and at his peak in terms of skills. And even in the Barrera and JMM rematches you could argue that he was a little bit too drained.

In conclusion, Pac's prime would be from 2001 to 2003, when his amazing athleticism at super bantamweight combined with his growing level of ring experience made him an unbeatable force. And then from mid 2005 to mid 2008 when he still had significant athletic advantages relative to the weight classes (but not as significant as before) and his technique stepped up to an elite level.

IF the 3 Mexican were shot at 28'ish 30'ish.I put Pac there too.He might be shot. It's clear his punch resistance is diminishing and he is weight gained (bloated) he looks slow.If he keeps going the way he is, winning even at the end of prime etc..Then he is > morales and >Barrera in terms of longevity. But I dunno man.Emmanuel Stewart said a fighter like Pac has a short shelf life etc....
