I just explained that. When you say leading by example you mean singling out fighters for drug testing, putting these things into contracts, dictating who does the testing, how he wants it / when he wants. Again thats not a fighters job to do that. If he wants to push things forward, why not go to the right people and try to make a change for whole system.

As of right now guys like Floyd are using this whole drug testing situation as an excuse and as a crutch in the negotiations for there fights. Now fighters have more reasons not to fight, and we got people going on witch hunts now which is hurting the sport. So like I said if you really care about drug testing and want things to change do it the right way , go to the boxing commission tell them to implement better tests.

Fighters trying to control drug testing and putting it into contracts / etc is an iffy situation. How can we really trust that these things are being done properly / on the up and up ?? Even if it's well intentioned, it causes more potential bad then good.

Floyd has never even bothered to legitimately pettition the athletic commisions to change their procedures. He aint done **** on any sort of real level to do any sort of change where it needs to happen other than being a ***** about it to the media and pretty much just bribing his opponents, which doesn't really equate to ****..

How the **** do you know Bradley didn't? Bradley just does not have enough pull to hold Manny accountable.

That conversation probable went like this:

Tim: I would like random drug testing...

    Whole room gets quiet...

Bob: Tim you want to make this 5 million or you want to keep talking crazy?

    Tim: I quess I want to make 5 million:huh

    Bob: So, where were we...

Even if he did, Arum would never let him do it.

I'll believe it when the contracts are signed. I remember a certain promoter saying everything was agreed upon back in 2010. When asked specifically about the testing he refused to go into detail. Then good ol' reliable Koncz let it slip on 24/7 that they still wanted a cutoff. Freakin' genius!

When it comes to any terms being agreed upon from either side the only evidence required are signed contracts. Until then, it's all nothing more than he said she said bull****.

Why doesn't Floyd take the tests year round? He should want to set a good example for all the other fighters. It would be the perfect chance to show Pacquaio, "Hey, I'm clean, are you?". The fact that he doesn't seems very suspicious to me. If he has nothing to hide then what does he care?

In fact, just to try to clean up my industry, i'm going to volunteer to take a breathylizer every morning before I clock in to work to show that i'm not under the influence. The crazy thing is, I suggested my coworkers do the same thing, and they told me to **** off! Can you believe that? What a bunch of drunks...

He actually accepted unlimited urine testing even during the first negotiation.

Anyone would know that this testing would suffice, especially ifyou consider that there are only few drugs beneficial to boxers ------ steroids. Infact, almost all those that got caught in the history of drug testing were caught with urine tests.

Forget HGH because studies have shown that it only enhances performance of sprint runners in a very short burst and of time. EPO can easily be detected anyway.

One guy has not taken any random test, the other guy has. Now he should go all year round....really. And for what in hopes that Pac will join him even though he hasn't already. You are probably right though lets go with even stricter testing all year round, that will definetly get Pac's attention.:-(

If VADA becomes mandatory while Pac is still active I'll bet anyone on here my house that Pac retires before ever undergoing their testing.

this. it's been all talk with pacroid. he says he's willing to take tests but it's all bull****. he won't take them and i think he's using the split as a means to duck the testing. random tests has been the only thing blocking this fight since day one. and pac has done nothing close to proving himself clean. he won't take no random tests in any of his fights.

exactly....Pac has had 7 chances since the initial negotiations to call Floyds bluff and make Floyd look like a ***** by implementing testing in one or all of these fights and passing the tests. it'd then be a non issue and Pac would be in the drivers seat without even bending to Floyds demands but by initiating it himself....it's a very simple way for him to prove innocence without bowing to mayweather yet he still refuses to do this.

That was sarcasm, I figured the second paragraph would give it away. Floyd doesn't test year round because it's not required of him. Same reason Pac doesn't take tests that aren't required of him. If Floyd is clean then why not take them year round?

he gets paid to fight, and that revenue pays for testing...that is why
