IMO, I think Manny is the one putting a roadblock with the 50-50 proposition. Once that's out of the way, testing WILL all of a sudden be an issue again. Curiously testing wasn't an issue around the same time he started asking for 50-50, most probably knowing Floyd won't negotiate that, again, IMHO.

 

If you really believe this fiasco is really about drug testing I have a very nice bridge to sell to you. All materials and structures passing ISO standards and ASTM tests.
