I keep seeing on the fantasy fight threads that so and so would brutally KO Mayweather and he doesn't have the chin to take another guys punch. I never saw the guy in real trouble. Maybe desparate against Castillo, but never hurt.

No he was slightly buzzed against Corley in a round he latter went on to dominate. It's a testament to his great defense and chin.

Corley rocked him, but it wasn't as if he was about to put him out. He has a very good chin, topped off by some of the best defensive skills of all time, so it's not often you're going to see him hurt.

He was stunned by Chop Chop briefly, but bounced back quite quickly.

I'd say his chin is above average, he took a pretty good tight hook from Judah and while his glove touched the Canvas, he didn't show any after effects from it.

ODLH also landed a few shots which pushed him back but didn't seem to phase him that much. It's hard to really know, Floyd being a master of defense means he's not caught much to judge.

Against Castillo, I think the desperation was owing more to his hand injury than anything else.

Also all of these brutally kos of PBF are fantasy. The truth is PBF is a hard guy to land clean on let alone land combos on. He has great defense and him getting brutally koed by a guys like JCC is hilarious. First he doesn't punch hard enough and second he doesn't have the handspeed to do it. Betting on a KO of a guy who has never really been hurt or stopped is foolish especially when he's a defensive genius with a good chin.:deal

That shot by Corley could have potentially been a KO on many other fighters, which is why I say his chin is good - no doubt he was seriously hurt though.

I'm a Cotto fan also, but I can remember Colley putting him on his ass. So what your saying is that Mayweather has a stronger chin that him?

Yes I am. Cotto has the worse chin but he recovers well so that helps make up for it.

It makes me think about pacman's right hook, corley was a good boxer in his prime, but he didn't have that killer instinct.

Hernandez didn't drop him. PBF took a knee himself after he hurt his hand.

How can you say Cotto has the worse chin when frauds chin is still untested,if anything he has a worse defense.
