Has Mayweather conceded any "significant" concession to make the fight happen?

So by your logic a fighter could want 20 oz gloves for a fight, then decide later to go back to the standard 8 oz and it would be a concession. yea right. Oh and a fight at 160 but later he changes it back to his original weight class. Oh what a concession! lol

And your list of concessions is the reason why people think Floyd never wanted the fight to begin with. Now that all his demands are met and even more from his previous demands, he keeps demanding additional things to make the fight impossible to make.

If both fighters agree though, then they can use 8 oz gloves, but Floyd was the one who wanted standard gloves in this case. Not Pacquiao.

You really have to argue bout that? lol im sure you know that virtually all welterweight fights are 8 oz hence it being standard including Floyds fights. And that article is old, since then they have amended it.

8 vs 10 oz gloves became optional at 147 in Nevada when Cotto/Marg threatened to move the fight if they had to use 10 oz gloves. Cotto may have regretted that in hind site. Now 147 is 10, but 8 oz if both parties agree.

 

yes you're right. Pacquiao accepting to a 24 day cutoff was a concession, but it wasn't good enough. I think and even thought back then that 14 days was too big of a window.

Plus Pacquiao's weight penalty was there to insure that Floyd doesn't cheat

I don't know what gloves Floyd prefers. He does have the hand problems so I could see him wanting the slightly larger glove to protect the hands more.

Yea but there's no rule in place for OSDT, while last time i checked coming in overweight i against the rules and can have heavy penalties by Nevada too including suspension/fines if it's egregious enough.
